概述
FT-X2-MOC304X,FT-X2-MOC306X,FT-X2-MOC308X 系列器件中系由一個GaAs紅外發(fā)光二極管一個硅感光雙向可控硅組成的光電耦合器件。元件設(shè)計為電子及功率雙向可控硅控制單元，可應(yīng)用于交流240V以下的電阻及電感負(fù)載等電路之間的信號傳輸，使輸入端與負(fù)載完全隔離，目的在于增加安全性，減小電路干擾，減化電路設(shè)計。
