FT-AV-Si1042是隔離式的CAN收發(fā)器，與ISO11898-2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完全兼容。FT-AV-Si1042集成了兩通道數(shù)字隔離器和一個高性能CAN收發(fā)器。數(shù)字隔離器是基于電容隔離技術(shù)的氧化硅隔離。高度集成的解決方案可以幫助簡化系統(tǒng)設(shè)計并提高可靠性。
FT-AV-Si1042產(chǎn)品已通過UL1577安全認證, 支持5kVrms的絕緣耐壓, 同時具有很高的電磁抗擾度和低輻射。FT-AV-Si1042支持CAN FD，數(shù)據(jù)速率高達5Mbps，并且可以支持至少110個CAN節(jié)點。FT-AV-Si1042提供熱保護和傳輸數(shù)據(jù)主導(dǎo)超時功能。
