FT-AV-SI8308xE是基于FT-AV-OVOSEFT-AV-SE數(shù)字隔離的收發(fā)器技術(shù)的隔離RS-485收發(fā)器系列，其中FT-AV-SI83085E是半雙工RS-485收發(fā)器，而FT-AV-SI83086E是全雙工RS-485收發(fā)器。兩款產(chǎn)品均通過UL1577安全認(rèn)證，支持5kVrms絕緣耐壓，同時(shí)擁有低輻射，低功耗和很強(qiáng)的抗電磁干擾能力。
FT-AV-IRS485的總線側(cè)的總線引腳對(duì)地?fù)碛小?0kV的系統(tǒng)級(jí)ESD的保護(hù)。此產(chǎn)品具有故障安全功能電路，當(dāng)接收器輸入斷開或短路時(shí)，確保接收器輸出邏輯高。其具有1/8單位負(fù)載的接收器輸入阻抗，允許總線上最多連接256個(gè)收發(fā)器。FT-AV-SI83085E的數(shù)據(jù)速率為12Mbps，F(xiàn)T-AV-SI83086E的數(shù)據(jù)速率為16Mbps。
